AI Partnerships Driving Supply Chain Efficiency

Dot Ai and Wiliot partnership driving ambient IoT innovation for industrial supply chain and manufacturing environments

A three-year agreement will drive the commercialization of next-generation asset intelligence technology in manufacturing and supply chain environments.

Leading IoT and AI SaaS companyDot Aitoday announced a three-year strategic partnership withWiliot, a global leader in ambient IoT technology.Through this collaboration, both companies aim to accelerate the adoption of next-generation asset intelligence across industrial and supply chain environments.

Under the agreement,Wiliot will support Dot Ai’s strategic focuson developing and deploying industrial and manufacturing applications. As a result, the application of ambient IoT technology will extend deeper into factories, warehouses, and complex logistics networks.Additionally, Wiliot will provide Dot Ai with tags and cloud services for resale, further strengthening Dot Ai’s commercial offering.

Extending Ambient IoT Technology to Industrial Environments

As part of this collaboration,Dot Ai has validated and is now commercializingthe first true industrial application of Wiliot tag technology.Specifically, this innovation combines the Wiliot chip with a patent-pending plasma-folded ground plane structure.Consequently, the tag’s readability and read range are significantly improved when used on metal surfaces or in wet environments.

Notably, Dot Ai has also released a patent-pending ruggedized industrial bridge device. This device not only reads the new industrial tag, but also supports other Wiliot-enabled tags. Therefore, it enables seamless data collection across a wide range of industrial use cases.

Together, these innovations significantly expand ambient IoT’s industrial applicability. For example, they support high-value retail supply chain tracking, production line visibility, full warehouse inventory automation, and asset tracking for metal pallets, containers, and outdoor yards. Moreover, they enable reliable deployment in previously challenging environments.

Through these developments,in-process ambient IoT data collection has become a critical data streamwithin the Dot Ai ecosystem. When combined with traditional data acquisition systems, Dot Ai can further enhance in-process asset visibility across complex facilities.Ultimately, this integration opens a new chapter in asset intelligence and AI-driven operational workflows.

“This partnership solidifies our commitment to extending the power of ambient IoT technology to the core of industrial asset intelligence,” saidEd Nabrotzky, CEO of Dot Ai.
