Recently, Benyuan Energy announced the completion of a tens of millions of yuan in Series A financing. This round of financing was jointly invested by angel round investor Dingxing Quantum and Xinsen Technology.
It is reported that Chengdu Benyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and focuses on the development of digital-analog hybrid chips, sensors and other fields. With chip development as its main business and applications such as communications, industry, and automotive electronics as its orientation, it is committed to technological breakthroughs and market expansion in subdivided fields.
Its official website shows that Benyuan Energy's current products include RF microwave, sensors, power supplies, interfaces and other fields. Among them, RF microwave includes 4 amplifier chips, and the sensor field includes Hall devices and 1 MEMS accelerometer, 6 power management chips, and 2 receivers.
In terms of the team, the Benyuan Energy team mainly comes from the New Device Research Laboratory of Academician Chen Xingbi of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Under the leadership of Dr. Yang Hongqiang, a national microelectronics expert, it focuses on technical research in power devices, sensors, RF microwaves and other aspects. The core managers and technicians have more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Benyuan Energy is an important participant in the formulation of chip standards and technical routes in special fields. The company has undertaken a number of major national science and technology projects, launched more than 60 products, and formed a full spectrum of industrial applications in major national projects, special fields, automotive electronics and other fields.
